To perpetuate the links between the communities having a common past with the Principality of Monaco, His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco has been enjoying, for several years now, traveling to visit the “ancient historical sites” of the dynasty of Grimaldi.

Since 2018, the Sovereign Prince has wished that the "Meeting" of the Grimaldi historic Sites of Monaco be organized every year on the Place du Palais, in June and more precisely the weekend preceding the Feast of Saint John.

This event, placed under the sign of conviviality, aims to receive, in turn, representatives of historic Sites of Monaco so that they present their cultural, folkloric and gastronomic heritage to the general public.
